Can you incorporate any of the following into the site policy? I feel there are some valid points...
General Rules:
You represent that you are at least 21 years old and your local laws/standards do not prohibit the use of this site.
Personal Rules:
This is my site, what i say goes. Admin is fascist, watching and controlling. But we're not Hitler, more like Tito or Gorbachev.
Repeated breaking of any rule will result in an un-notified ban. You can lobby for readmittance, but you should spare your ego the devastation of my laughter.
Posting Rules:
Content to post Image archives (big rars of jpgs)
Full length vids.
Decent vid clips: This is subject to judgement. Putting running time and res in the description or title is a good start.
Content NOT to post: Child porn. It will land you in jail.
Snuff or near snuff, fake or not.
NO BEAST PORN OF ANY TYPE. Your entire isp will be blackholed.
No EXE's of any type, except Porn Games. Self extracting archives, cracks, codecs, viewers, plugins, etc., don't belong here.
Any of this kind of content.
Good things to do:
Do unto others. all rules that follow can be ignored if you just DON'T do crappy things to other users.
Keep the community safe. Report the slightest infraction to the forums.
Bad things:
(otherwise known as Stuff That Could Get You Banned)
Don't Flame. Disagreeing by making a point of your own is called discussion. Saying "you suck" is a flame (and there's far wordier ways to say "you suck"). If you don't like a particular type of porn, then just avoid it. Don't trash it in the comments.
Don't be a racist. Unlike the other stuff in this section, this will get you banned immediately.
Don't ask to be an admin or moderator. the answer is no. Besides, it only nets you responsibility, not special access to hidden files.
Admin is are very tolerant, but there is an end to the line. Once you go off the end, it is VERY unlikely that you will be allowed back.
These rules are subject to change, and this form may not be 100% up to date. Any questions on site policy should be directed to the forums where any admin can respond.

Oh, I missed off the top 3 rules too - scary how appropriate they are to CS.. 
Rule number 1:
NO BEAST PORN
Rule number 2:
Don't be argumentative just to argue. If you have something to suggest, then suggest it. Beating the admins over the head with lawyerman-wannabe interpretations of the rules is trolling. These rules haven't changed much since the site started, and the admins don't go around banning people for "no reason".
Rule number 3:
The purpose of the rules is NOT to get as close as possible to legal. If you want different rules, you are welcome to start your own "dog-fucking a tree" porn tracker.
