I'm on my 2nd house now. First one made some serious profit. 2nd one well bought it for £139k it's now worth about £220k. So much profit in bricks and motar. I recommend it to everyone.

Its not really profit is it tho because the house you move to will probably have raised in value aswell, its just a fluctuating market which IMO cant keep rising the way it has been.

Building your own house is the best way to make cash
You can claim all of the VAT back once its complete & if you live in it for 2 years or over you dont have to pay capital gains tax

couple i am buying off had none

costs more have 100% mortgage sometimes tho

if the loan is more than 95% of value of house can incur fees too
