Idle speed actuator and how it will affect HC and CO levels
Fuel Vapour actuatoor and how it will affect HC and CO levels
How coolant temp - will affect HC and CO levels
How oil Absorbtion will affect HC and CO levels

coolent temp affects HC and CO levels because depending on the temp of the engine will make it less or more efficent.

16. Fuel Vapour Actuator – When you fill your vehicle with fuel, this fuel is cold. The fuel will expand if the air temperature is warmer than the fuel in the ground. As this fuel expands it has to go somewhere such as the purge tank/expansion tank. These are then sucked into the engine through the fuel vapour actuator during combustion. So the HC and CO emissions will get burnt or vented to the atmosphere if the pressure gets too high in the expansion tank
thats what i wrote
13. Coolant Temperature – The coolant is there to keep the engine as cool as possible. If heat build up occurs then HC and CO will begin to develop at a certain temperature. This will obviously lead to high HC and CO levels.
15. Idle Speed Actuator – If the actuator is open too far at idle and letting more fuel through then there is too much fuel being used and will create an excess in the combustion chamber. This will lead to HC and CO emission levels rising.
