i block my voda ophone sim

my friend enter code worng for 3 times

it says to ennter puk code,

where can i get this code from?
friend says it comes with sim card but voda fidn't give it to me.

who do i call? vodafopne website is too confuisng, doesn't give me what i want.

o2 give it out on there site after u enter ur number etc

maybe try the vodafone website
