best bet is to do what i do, get GPS on a PDA then download the speed camera database onto that, the roadangels and similar speed cam detectors are gash

well ihave a road angle 2, and i dont find it gash at all, infact i find it rather helpful!!!!!

how do you work that out?
most detect gatsos ect withing 50m+ range , gatsos only get you when u are within the lines of about 6m.
how does the pda work?

only on the guy with his laser in the back of a van, and if the road angel is like the snooper it will detect that upto 2 miles away. All other fixed position cameras are detected by a GPS system.

^^ exactly so why spend 300 odd quid on a road angel when you can pick up a pda for 120, then the GPS receiver is 60, say another 30 to take into account in car holders and the leads then you have a full navigation system as well as speed camera detection database all for a little over 200 quid

nice just looking at the price of GPS systems and they start at £149. that was for tom tom navigation software.

you can download tomtom from any torrent website http://www.lokitorrent.com for a start, you only need version 3.03 and the latest 3.07 is updated for phone PDAs only
