Right this is what i have started with:

And i here is the new one(still not complete):

The following have bin done:
1: Pre 97 colour coded front bumper put on
2: Pre 97 Colour coded back bumper put on
3: Cav sport seats put in
4: Removed alll of the back interior bits
5: SRI 14" Alloys

I have some arches to put back on which are off in the pics, might look at getting some euro style ones.

Future Plans:

I have some colour coded wing mirrors that need a touch up so that would be the next.
Also i think i should clean my car next

Hehe, reminds me of when i started doing up my first car, doing all the little touches that no-one else really notices, but you know there their!

Guessing you ron the same kinda budget as i was too (Practically fuck all!). Look into getting some colour coded door handles, as it cleasn up the look of the doors a bit, same goes for the bootlock on the boot. Start looking round scrappys for black interior bits. Over the space of 6 months i went from a totally light grey interior to a black one, and it looked soo much better IMO. Clear side repeaters are bout £7 a pair from Vauxhall if you get some off a Corsa C . Oh, last but not least invest in some lowering springs. If not for looks, get them for safety cause the standard suspension on the bog standard 1.2's was truely shocking! .

I already have the following in my garage:

1: Smooth Boot
2: Lowering springs(40mm)

and i will be buying:

1: Flame red handles from karnage corsa
2: Full exhaust system of DLMCorsa

its just me finding the time to pick them up.

i dont like the cup mirrors, standard ones are quite nice tbh. The smooth boot looks minted but my insurance wouldnt allow me to change it so i will be changing over soon.
I did have some bloody clear ones awhile back, i fink they are in the garage.
I was lookin at window tints, my bro has them on his clio but the problem is, the ever changing laws of window tinting .
Bad boyed bonnet is also on the shopping list, but i wont be able to splash out on one of those for abit.

i would personally never build a car back up again.

i bought a shell and engine in june

since then i have put carpet down

doorcards

buckets and rear seats

roof lining back in

all new bearings

put a strengtherner at the front

new seals still to go in

bonnet

wheels

dynamatted (parts)

lights -had to through crimp most of the blocks back on because the lad who had it before just lopped them off

all plastics back in

put rear bumper on and made brackets ready for front and skirts on wed.

and now i just cant be fucked with it , ive lost interest and i try to find an excuse not to go into garage to work on it.

but in a way ill be chuffed that i built it to my own taste and ive put the hours in rather than paying some1 else to do it.

just leaving the painting to the shop

i was looking at some but i think the standard red ones are good because my car is red.
If my car was a different colour like black or grey then i would get ones that went with it.
