I've watched a few programs now (including some shit digital televison reality tv shows) and you see the same people doing the rounds! obviously enter loads of different shows! 
remember that bird that entered the last big brother half way through - I saw her on some sky travel shitty program earlier in the year and just saw a bird that was on e4 / channel 4's - Fool around with my mother program, on another dating show on BBC 3... 
are they that desperate for fame?

U just need a decent agent mate. One of my mates has been in the bill, harry potter film, Codi banks and a few other crap films but he pays a few quid to an agency and they sort him out
