Keep it then if you like it, the £5k or whatever you make from selling it and buying something cheaper aint gonna make much of a dent on the price of a house
Also older car will cost more in repairs - probably!

Out of the two, I'd go for the hardtop, but even the convertible's a lovely conversion.
Go and see both before deciding. You're no stranger to buying cars so make sure you bloody get one of these!!

The one on T45s will need changes to the rad - you'll never get a decent filter between that and the trumpets.
Polo or Corsa rad will do the trick.
