indeed. some good pictures of Kolin 'rescuesing' people would look good on our sales website. we could have a slogan like. 'If you need a dingy, give a ringy' with something like that we would be on local radio in no time

O rto save your house you could put snadbags all round it this would also be usfull if we went to war in a house to house fighting thing and everyone could use your house to fight from. Or pitch a tent in a big dingy and live in it. that way you would never have to worry about floods

in the good old days they built houses near rivers on a raisded platform

I would have thought this was standard procedure

My old house was next to river but it was raised off floor so we never flooded

apparently standard procedure now is to build houses in rivers and complain when your house floods
