Sounds like you have been having fun again!!
Just to backtrack to the 6 points & re test.
I had the misfortune to fall foul of the shitty probation rule & had to take my tests again (of course it is not an income producing idea)!
Bottom line is the points stay valid on your license for 4 years!! Sorry mate

You can't just randomly post incorrect information no matter who is telling you!
Its a post which people will read and might believe, and its incorrect!

as for what was being said about the "one copper can't do anything" Example of this is when driving without a seatbelt on and you see a police car with one person in it, you wouldn't have to put it on, There has to be two of them to give evidence

its just wrong its as simple as that, traffic police 90% of the time patrol singly crewed. they are the ones who are shit hot at giving fixed penalties and all you need to do is have an accurate detailed entry in you pocket note book and it will stand.

Traffic police have Evidence, The recording equipment in the car is the evidence for them.

One officer can't do it themselves, There has to be someone else to back them up with evidence

a good legal rep will look for inconsistency’s in the information entered on the form and the information entered in the pocket note book, also this would all need to be the same as the mg45 statement that will have be submitted . so yer if there was slight differences in the paper work the case would fall on its knees . With the amount of paper work that the police do none of them will be writing up excellent statements and note book entries that are good enough to stand up in court especially when it comes the to the road traffic act
