Hi, I went to see Judge Jules last night, as he was DJ'ing at my local night club. The club isnt very big, about 1000 people or so.
But that made the atmosphere soooo good, it was like a private party
At times we were no more than a foot away from him, and u could c exactly what he was doing, and how he reacted to the crowd. (even managed to shake his hand, twice:cool
Hes a top bloke aswell, He was mixing away and all these people kept trying to shake his hand (not me, i waited until after the set) and get him to sign stuff, and he was doing this between mixing, good to see fans been treated so well.
His choice of music for his set was exellent (as sometimes it can be a bit poor) But last night it was brilliant.
So id highly recomend going to see him if u get the chance
(not that im biased only listened to him since i was about 10,)

was by far the best night of the week!
He chooses the right songs, drops the right and builds them up so well!
The crowd were going mad and just gave me a feeling of wow like 10,000 ppl all clubbing togethor ppl were just standing looking round couldnt beleive they were there!
definately one of the best experiences in my life!

Judge Jules is a shocking dj, his mixing is crap & his choice of tracks is even worse, he`s far to commercial & his music is aimed at kids that dont know any better, Sasha & John Digweed are where it`s at

Ive seen them do a 5hr back to back set - fantastic
I wouldnt say Judge Jules is shocking, but yes hes more aimed at the commercial market.
Marco V's my man of the moment and love Carl Cox aswell

Carl Cox is awesome, saw him in Glasgow at the Arches last November,
As far as technical ability is concerned Judge Jules is shocking, his mixing is rough & rushed, the beats might be in time but anyone who is clued up knows that they`re usually out of phase,
Sasha playing a harcore night??? You don`t need to take anything to enjoy his sets,
Roll on the 5th of February for Colours 10th Birthday at the Arches

Try and go see Ferry Corsten or Armin Van Burren doing a set. Then you'll know that judge Jules is shite.

You don`t need to know the tracks, too many dj`s these days play it safe with all the so called big tunes, anyone can do that, is it any wonder the scene is in the state it`s in at the moment, it`s flooded with sh*te, over payed & over rated dj`s that are playing sh*te tracks, I`d much rather listen to a quality local resident dj who knows what he`s doing & is also prepared to take a risk with what he plays

Judge Jules is a fair shite DJ compared to others but big DJs who play "big tunes" have their place getting people interested in the music as most don’t instantly realise they like DJ Bangingasfcuk since he'd probably not play on Radio 1, in commercial clubs or be easily discovered by someone just gaining interest, if they do though then fair play
I saw Carl Cox a couple of years back at Sankey's Soap and even though I prefer Acid Techno along with the venue dangerously packed and paying near enough £4 for a beer he still pissed all over Judge Jules.
Ferry Corsten, Armin Van Burren, Scot Project, Marco V and Carl Cox are much worth seeing rather than "the judge"

I highly agree with people saying that technically speaking jules is far from the best.
For that you cant beat carl cox etc (i mean 3 decks, the guys a genius)
It was just that his choice of tunes on friday was excellent, not too commercial to be honest.
Would LOVE to see Armin Van Burren, great fan of him, Tiesto, marco v is also very good (different style of music, but great dj)
