unichip far from the best option on the 1.8T engine to be honest! Jabba sport remaps the best, ottenger ECU and AMD remaps also.

If you know about jabbasport you can tell your m8 what a peenarse he has been
seriously though nothign wrong with a unichip, excellent choice for any modded N/A engine, just not for the 1.8T imo.

dunno bout the ibiza cupra r but the leon cupra r's engine is the TT one and can run 400bhp without changes to it internals. A simple chip takes it from 225-260bhp

You can't forget also the boys down at Revo Technik. They also do a remap for the 1.8t aswell as many other VAG things.
I tried there 10 hour ignition time trial too. Didn't make a huge difference to the R but to a std cupra it's money well spent.

Thought that was the cupra...
Cupra is like a model... i.e. Gti - So Ibiza cupra and leon cupra...
Then you have the type R (cupra R) - which I thought you said his 106 gti could beat.

The title of this post is ibiza turbo vs 2litre corsa. The only normal ibiza turbo you get is the FR.

Well my A3 has got the same engine with 150BHP as standard and I was having a play with my mate with Cav GSi 2.0 XE. Anyway there is not much in it, but I pull away from him.
