To be put on a jig costs about £35 an hour at a place I know. My front wheel looked like that but it turned out to be a bent hub, so only £10 from a scrappy

cause mate but the thing is, if its gonna cost more than the car is worth, they usually put it down as a write off and give you what it is worth etc etc but i suppose you could say that you want it fixed as its your pride and joy, lot of money has gone into it etc etc etc
but yea i recon more 4k, which is what the car is roughly worth tbh...so

Hate to say it mate, but they'll probably write it off

in their eyes the damage cost would out weight the value of the car

deffo looks like a write off.... that will come off the 3rd partys insurance?

they will probably only pay out the 'market value' for the car

yea should come off 3partys insurance!!!

even if they pay out wot market value is, thats gotta be like £2k a least i think+i should be able to keep the car so in that case if i sell few bits and pieces then will sone have me 2.5k back that the car has cost me in total!!!

should not leave me out of pocket! then i can buy a propper car maybe! hehe

doesnt

my car was wrote off, engineer came out, wrote it off, then i stripped all interior out of it, sold the standerd alloys, took everything out inside of it apart from main bit of the dash.

and then get a scrap yard to take it.

wel i suppose if you break even it will be great.... such a shame though after putting all the work in

this is the main reason i only put bolt of modz on my car... that way if it crashes i can just transfer everything to a new shell....
