which do poeple consider the best deal, value for money wise and performance wise
i don't know anything about ICE so any advice owuld be appreciated
but basically i want something that will kick out some really good, loud bass, will turn it off when i listen to my girly love songs 
and is no more than the amount these deals are

Not a great budget so you cant really expect miracles. I would go for the JBL or the kenwood. www.bass-junkies.com sometimes have some good deals. Although watch out for there specifications on there produts,they sometimes like to make stuff up

cheers, yeah i know budget is fairly low, but i ain';t expecting the quality or loudness i would get if i spent 2,3,4 times that amount
just want something that will sound nice, and will anoy the neighbours
