on 20xe is the sump easy to take, or do i have to remove the manifold to take it off?? as i need to replace the gasket!

if its in the corsa i recomend taking the radiator out or at least trying to push it back a bit, mine is a very tight squeeze. Possible to do it with the rad in but you'll probably make a mess of it (if ur impatient like me )

take the fan off, then take the rad out (unless you want to damage it!), then undo manifold from the block and pull it off the studs and down. you will be able to take the sump off from here.
but
if you want it to do the sump gaskets, take the manifold off!

may as well chuck some ARP od bolts in whilst youve got it off
