Basically i think the extra weight in my Corsa has fooked the front shocks, over any medium sized bump in the road they just bang and send shock waves thru the car! I even tried them on the hardest setting and it still does it........its hard to test them by pressing on the front wings as they are obvisously stiffened so i cant see if they bounce!

Or could it be little clearance between the spring coils?

You'd be better off getting suspension rated for the weight over the front axle.

you'd be wanting to set the damping to softest to make it less bangy, surely?

Its at its softest, I'm lowered 60mm, i'm wondering if the coils in the spring are hitting each other. Probably could do with 60mm lowering springs with 1 less coil or something i duno?
