I had a crash and writ off my car a little while ago. When i took out my insurance i had 3 years no claims bonus, Now when i've asked them for proof of my no claims bonus they said "Yeah, we'll send you proof of your 1 years no claims bonus."

Can they take two years off for a crash cause i thought it would only go down 1 year.

My insurance company took a year off me for claiming for a theft of stereo

no my missus did...She left the face panel on, in her works car park too.........
