but on the pic posted by S1MON it looks like they do just because standard mirrors are thicker whereas these are really thin

im not putting mine at the same place. the middle of the actual mirror will be level with the bottom of my window, and the stalks will be positioned lower down sticking at a 45degree angle out from the car, they wont go any further out than standard mirrors
a plate is welded over where the original mirrors were

I didnt ak for any opinions. I left myself open to them by publicly posting instead of PM'ing the relevant people but I didnt know who the relevant people would be, hence the reason for the post.

there is as much ned for my "foolish comments" as there is for peoples comments that give a baiurst opinion, not backed up by any reason or any form of thought for what they are saying!
