I kinda run it out of petrol  didnt realise it was that low but a big puff of smoke bellowed out of the exhaust then cut out.
have put more petrol in and wouldnt start..
have drained the carb - no luck
took the spark plug out and cleaned loads of oil of it put it back in - no luck
took it out again and it was covered in oil cleaned it again dipped it in petrol first to try and help it get it going but still no luck.
first few kicks it tries to turn over but after that nothing!!
will go back out in a bit and check the spark etc
Any ideas??

is the petrol and oil mix together or in separate tanks.
plus have you changed your oil at all since you put petrol in it?
its just on my cr i had problems that it was miss firing and kept oil plugs up. it started happening as soon as i started using different oil.
i went back to the old oil and it was ok.
also it could be your rings shagged, you might have to change them, but it should still start.

its got a separate mixing tank
nope havnt changed the oil and it has been running fine.
i got a 30 day warranty on it so might have to take it back!

Fixed it now..
Had to take the carb off and give it a good clean as loads of oil had soaked everything when the fuel run out!
