Dear Adam
We can supply you with an 86.5mm or 88.00mm piston. We do not do an 87.00mm piston.
PIST-OM86.50SLS £544.00 +VAT
PIST-OM88.00SLS £544.00 +VAT
ROD-148S £832.00 +VAT
The slipper pistons can only be used with the special long 148S rod. The rod is of a narrow width journal design which means it can only be used in conjunction with CRK-1 (£1600 +VAT). We do have one which is from a cancelled order which is available at £1250.00 +VAT. The rods also have a special 5/16 threaded bolt which is made to an extremely high specification to help reduce the rod weight, but has to be made to this high strength to cope with the loads when using such a small diameter bolt. This is the reason why the rod is so expensive. These components are designed for use on engines which rev in excess of 9,000rpm and produce over 280bhp. If this was not what you were looking for, I would suggest you use the pot type piston which can be used on the standard rod length. The prices are as follows:
PIST-OM87.00XS £387.20 +VAT
ROD-143S £668.00 +VAT
Rod bolts are included in both sets of rods. The RB1K is designed for use on the standard rod. The price for these is £64.00 +VAT. Carriage cost is £20.88 +VAT.
Regards
Steve
