What ways could I use to get something sent from abroad to over here?

DHS Are wanting 300euros to send a bumper from poland to scotland
And the bumper is only costing 75euro new

Yea the post office wont send it coz its too big

300 euros is very expensive for the postage on a bumper!!!
a german shop asked me 100 euros for postage on 4 alloys and tires! (I am in France btw).
