Widow of guy that owned Hammonds house is down the road worth about £2m.
Estate i live in upto £750k, ours £260k.

most expensive house near me has to be Haynes Manor, which is probably worth 30-40million

my old man read something about the most expensive house in the UK, which is situated in Surrey, has 5 heated swimming pools etc and costs 175million

house we used to live in was about £350,000 in sunny England, and it was a shed, house we are in now is worth about AU$1million, about £400,000, but there are some nearby which are up for a healthy AU$3million

8 doors down from me, is worth £750'000 without the land it has surrounding it nearby, £950'000 with land
