Use Microsoft Remote Desktop. Tis much better and you'll prefer it a gazillion times 
Better yet, MS RDP client AND server are shipped with Windows XP...

I use Remote Desktop too....no complaints about it so far
I use Dynamic DNS to solve my dynamic WAn address problem so i can track my web server on the net by using a name rather an IP address that changes everytime my server re-connects to the net
