Didn't know there was such a thing. I've only ever seen a 325ti compact jobby (and only the newer shape one) the onld one just used to go to 318ti iirc.

if they made a 328 compact then you could find stats on it
325 was the biggest they made

are you sure it was a compact? think the 330 turbo diesels are 200bhp + . i sorta knew someone who raced for bmw and he said the new diesel engines were pretty good. oh and the 325ti is 146bhp and 0-60 in 6.9

was next to it and it deffo wasnt a diesel, had very long gearing so could of been an Auto I suppose
Was deffo a compact, as these are the only ones badged up as "ti"
your stats seem dubious to me as well fella...

More like 19s for the 325, a 328 will do it in 17s.
What car timed the Astra GTE 16v to 100mph in 19.7s.

Yeah, but its basicly the same 6 cylinder as the coupe/saloon model with the same running gear. The compact is a mere 20cm shorter than a saloon and weighs about the same. It is 192BHP comapred to the 328 which has 193BHP, the difference is the torque, the 325 loses out by about 40 lbs/ft.
