I visited Kartstart last Monday night with Dez & a few others, it was a good laugh, thought it would be a good idea for us to meet up for a bit of friendly competition

Who would be interested & when would you be free to go?

took the top corner flat out , lost it and wiped out in the tyres, ooopps.
but i think i ran over the marshals foot too, maybe thats why i kept getting in trouble.

^^^

Monday at 7.45pm would probably be the best time to go, £36 per person for a 10 minute timed practice then a 70 lap race & the winner gets a trophy, there has to be 10 or more drivers & it would have to be booked in advance

you should maybe just go for a arrive and drive, better value for money.
we've just done a mini grnand prix and i still say the arrive and drive is better value for money.
a 70 lap race will be hard on you, youd be knackered at the end of it.

The arrive & drive costs £30 for 30 minutes, it`s usually split into three 10 minute sessions, it`s good fun but your only trying to get your fastest lap time, it`s not a proper race for positions on the track, they also do a 10 minute timed practice then a 50 lap race with the winner getting a trophy for £30 per person but like the 70 lap race you need 10 or more drivers, I`m going tomorrow night with a few guys from work for the arrive & drive

the only problem with the races i found was it isnt good for trying to overtake someone slower than yourself, which can be a cunt.
and if you try to force past them you get into trouble, or if you rub them or nudge them you get into trouble, in fact im always getting into trouble.
last time i was told to slow down when i was stuck behind someone, WTF,
its a fucking race is it not ,i told them.
arrive and drive you just go for your fastest lap times, get loads of yous up so its split up between yous all (6 max on track at one time)then it lasts a bit longer
