caused more problems for me especially with internet connections, if you use file sharing programs you will need to download a patch to allow you to have many connections

Best thing about it is probably the security aspect & loads of under the hood improvements. As with Windows being the major player in OS's a lot more work still has to be done to slow down the script kiddies.

No you don't. File sharing programs will work fine. It is only incomplete outbound connection attempts. And still allows a very large number of them a minute.

Yeah, filesharing works totally fine without said patch. There's nothing wrong with SP2, I've had no problems whatsoever.

Yeah, same here no problems... loads of security updates and firewall updates... seems to have helped with the ammount of sh*tty spyware i have been getting too!
