It's not based on length of membership. This one isn't in a useful forum (others were GC/P&B) and the member in question didn't do it to raise point count. It's also isolated to this thread and also there hasn't been a complaint yet. So it's not entirely the same.

I know what you mean but older members would kick off if a new member done this.
