I need a piece of PUR-RIM plastic big enough to fit the whole where the grille i in a corsa b bumper!

As my airdam is made of PUR-RIM plastic and the only way to safely smooth the grille is to plastic weld a piece in but its gotta be the same plastic but finiding abit is proving very difficult

So anybody know where from?

Car manufacturers use it but i dont know which ones anyone know who and which part!

i got a load of litterature from companys that supply body building bits but i think its all metal

what kind of plastic is it? poly urathane abs? or is it pur-rim??

Its some kind of polyurathane possibly, well its a poly something!

Standard bumpers arnt the smae plastic

There is an astra G splitter on e-bay but its like £70

pmsl, so we know its plastic then! haha! polyurathane is flexable and strong.....

it does need to be very flexible as the bumper flexes alot!
