it has a chain.... because it has a chain.... ( they can still bugger up though )

Most of the cost is Labour....

Spark Plugs
New Oil
Oil Filter
Air Filter
Polen Filters
possibly fuel filter (dunno ??)
Check brakes etc

Service it yourself if your not covered by waranty anymore, and not bothered about FVSH....

The price of Labour alone will be £30+ then the price of genuine Vaux part will bump the price up, your local garage will not use Vaux parts but cheaper motor factor ones

also if u dont keep ur service history up your warranty is void. mods affect the warranted parts that they have replaced or involve, ie 18s can affect the bearings, steering rack etc.

erm..... because they are a main dealer franchise and can get away with it. Some people dont know any better than what they are told.

totally agree wi u mate

dont use main dealers, if you have work carried out with oe parts by a qualified mechanic it should not affect ure warranty

big franchises use these excuses to get work, but they are creating a monopoly which is no longer legal in the world of fair trading
