what are the best manifolds for 8v corsas.
lexmaul is a bit expensive any gud 4 branch ones?

does the car have a 2-1 downpipe or just a single down pipe running form the manifold?
If the later then swapping to a 4-2-1 (effectively) cast and down pipe will offer flow enough for 150BHP
You can use the cast upper section from a nova 1.6 then the down pipe of a 16v engine, then the cat etc... of the 16v engine
swapping to a whole GSI exhaust and cat seems to flow ok for 110BHP as standard.

admittedly not as nice looking as new shinee stuff, but will do the job and will be much cheaper.
