ok
drive the car up and down the road or round the block without braking too much i.e just free wheeling slow and use gears to slow down etc
get out the car and go round each wheel touching the brakes BUT BE CAREFUL
if they are too hot to touch then they are binding
if they are ok then its not your brakes

Surely if they get too hot the break disks will warp?
my mates breaks in his impreza were seized and had steam comming out of them
