Hi guys, not my usual region to post in. But I'm getting mighty pissed now.
Back at middle of february I bought a turbo off somone that came on the forums under the username "ModdedCRX" original thread can be seen here:

I sent the money and the cheque was cashed and came out of my account on the 23rd March.
The seller then failed to send the package till the end of March (apparently)
And it has failed top provide a receipt that the package was ever sent.
I've now told him that I want my money back, and he needs to claim through RM for the lost package.
He seems to think it's ok for me to be out of pocket and not him
Now he only sent it std firstclass which means it will only be a £28 claim, iut's been 3months since this all started, and I just want my money back or the turbo, but not neither.

His address is:

Kyle Spooner

If any of you guy s know of him or him directly can you get in touch with me about it cause I'm getting royal pissed about the whole thing

Thanks for any help you can offer

James its easier to go round with some lads, ask for the money or the turbo if he dont agree then leave, get small claims envolved or take other action!
