Done a insurance quote for a old shape clio worth 200 quid  on elephant fo rme (17yrs) with my dad as a named driver on my policy and they say over £2K 3rd party. Never seem to get sensible quotes online.
Where is the best place online that doesnt give you quotes? or shall i just ring someone up tomorrow where you get quotes that make sense

tesco online is £1508 3pft with my dad as named driver.
£1624 full comp
must be cheaper! car im looking at is a old shape box of a clio 1.4 5dr

My 1.2 16v sxi W reg is 1k with asda and thts worht 3.5 k ish

but still your car is new and a 16v, with a high value
im looking at a 1.4 8v old shape clio thats maybe worth 400 quid tops
maybe ill look at 1.2's only considering this car as i need my own and i want my NCB. The clio i have seen is more or less free

Your best to ring a company. Tesco gave me a quote online for my new car for £1200 and when we rang up it was £750. For some reason it always seems to be more over the net.

SERIOUSLY ? thats madd www.cis.co.uk-give them a ring because it was cheaper than online-dont know and dont care, 17 alloys fully comp 3points(naughty) £1200
