will eventually distroy your dampers. on 40mm springs they shoulf last up to 2 years. then break. 60mm increase's the deadline

wil be fine for about 2 or 3 months.. but the fun will end soon when te shocks start leaking/breaking down because of the -40 springs

i started with a apex 60/40 kit springs with sportshocks
last week i easily replaced the 40 springs for 60 springs in 5 mins and now the car's how i always wanted it
i would not reccommend the use of springs only if u'd ask me

I used just springs on mine for over a year and the shockers are still fine, and thats on a T reg car so they had already had at least 5 years use. I see no problem with just springs if your on a budget.
