firstly is this tube in the right place or does it connect to the vacuum thing?



this is the tube coming from next to the map sensor plug should it be connected to the vacuum? or to where the tube above is connected, theres also a smaller tube connected to the vacuum coming from near the injectors i think, but i recon i have done that one right

anyone? the car is overfueling alot and the fault code says high voltage manifold pressure

have you just fitted the engine???

tube in first pic aint MAP sensor, but the green plug you see on the top-right of the first pic, thats the MAP sensor, follow that tube to the manifold...

could well be the sensor itself is buggered or a dodgy connection perhaps...

so the tube next to the map sensor goes into the manifold? at the moment its connected to a small vacuum thing

should go into the back of the manifold...

on my old 1.4i, even tho its SPi, the concept is still the same I would imagine... mine went straight in the back of the inlet...

where abouts on the inlet, does it go where there is already a tube in the first pic? or another location?

not sure exactly with yours, but I know mine it was round the back of the inlet manifold & was directly connected up...
