looking for a new alarm/immob for about £300ish
just wondering what you folks recommend?
it needs to have boot release as part of the spec. or atleast have it as option
usual suspects (Toad, Clifford...) which models though? and how do you rate them?

I have a Toad AI606 with tilt sensor. Got this for £300 fitted. good alarm and doesn't go off for no reason.

any alarm that is fitted by someone who knows what they are doing!!!
If they say that can do it on your drive in a couple of hours be a bit suspect. I have a toad AI606, great alarm will do what you want, so will the clifford 300.
Mine took them an entire day 9-6 to do alarm, central locking and boot pop! but never had any problems with it!!

searching for toad AI606 fitters in my area

any cat1 fitted by a reputable company.
they are all basicly the same i have a clifford concept 300 on mine and a toad ai606 on my mrs corsa, they both work well

toad ai606, try http://www.ssi-caralarms.com if you cant find anywhere local, these are a nation wide fitting service, done a belter job with mine, was £370 with pager and converted to remote central locking
