Does yours start easily? I ask because I was told that my inlet gasket was leaking, so changed it and its not made much difference? I have no lost boost, its still rather nippy but it doesn't start properly

Oh yeah. Get rid of the airpump and buy a pulley kit. Makes much more room in there.

Are you sure that you haven't just split a hose somewhere? A leaking inlet gasket would usually cause a dodgy idle.

Are the ceramic? if you get the pipe off the front off them and give the impeller wheel a spin you should be able to find out if its deed
can you hear the turbo's trying to spin?

AK the turbos are spinning up which makes it pretty much the lower inlet gasket , annoying as i had it replaced 2 years ago but i bet they put a paper one on rather than a alu one
