Right, fancy trying something different with a bumper im hopinng to colourcode. On the facelift Corsa C's, the rear bumpers have little rub strips in them. These are held in place by a moulding behind that sits proud of the bumper when the rubstrips are taken off. If i cut these back, would it be easy enough to smooth the panel by plastic "welding" some blanks over the hole, sanding them back, then spraying as normal?

Can clearly see the little strips in that pic.
Any suggestions welcome .

Wanna try and avoid filler if possible. Plastic and filler dont go well together In my experiences. Just wondering if you can get it looking pukka wihtout using filler at all .

You can get a special plastic filler that won't crack and fall off like fibreglass would.

wicked . Is it just like normal bodyfiller then? Can you buy it in small tubes so i can still put the plastic panels in and then use that to get the smoothed finish easier?
