Right, currently fitting sideskirts, but dont want them to sit against the side of the car, as when they start vibrating they'll scratch the paint, and so it'll look a mess when i take them off to sell the car.
Basucally i want some kind of "U" shaped rubber to go over the edge of the skirts that will act as a cushion between the car and the skirt. Problem is, Ive no idea where to get it from, or what it would be sold under/with (bathroom, metal work etc?). A good look around homebase, Focus and B&Q turned up nothing .
Other optio is like an "L" shaped bit of rubber that i can wedge down the back of the skirt, and the top will lie along the top of the skirt, if that makes sense?

How'd that work?
Could use Black electrical tape, but wouldnt look as good and i think it'd wear down quite quickly .

They do fit bellend . The problem is they fit too well, and they'll start taking the paint off the car if they move at all while moving .
