PHP I like but getting the images up here is a pain when they're straight out of the cam. 2Mb each.

batch image resizer does it from download.com
the use fireworks to create an album - You can resize the pics with it too

Micrososft Paint, or you can get an ad-on for XP that will automatically re-size all the images to uniform sizes (i.e. 1024x768, 600x800, e.t.c...) Forgot the site though, it's somehwere on www.microsoft.com though.

This is a powertoy that resizes the images for u, just select them all, right click then clcik resize.

This is the .exe:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/whistler/Install/2/WXP/EN-US/ImageResizerPowertoySetup.exe
Also if u use front page that can insert alot of images and resize them for you, but thats a last rersort as it sticks loads of junk code in!
