Turned it up last night on headunit loud , then all of a sudden i heard a pop , and my amp aint coming on anymore ? the fuses are fine but they are 100a which were too big anyhow ,prob should of had 60a in.
its a rockford bd1000 monoblock amp , i aint had time to look at it yet. i just know its not working , any ideas?
also if it had blown up is there any electronic companys that fix them?

check if there any fuses on the amp..........
and make sure your earth is still an earth

would my amp stop working if the ground come loose? and theres no fuses onthe amp

why did u have fuses you knew where too big? u were asking for ur amp to die

r u sure theres no other fuse???
last weekend at pv i had a problem with my system.....a long story..but to cut it short..........i ad a light running off my cap in the boot of my car and someone tripped over it and shorted it out...... the fuses didnt go (and yes they are they corrected rated ones), this caused my amp and cap to go down....... i couldnt work out for the life of me that none of the fuses went :S anyway...after allot of pissing round checking around my earths etc etc i founf out even though i have my earths on a screw in the side of the car, when the light shorted across it created a bad contact ......how i dont no.....i guess the power cause some heat and so on  after id found this i took the earths off and re did them, and voila  they worked again....
sorry for the essay prob wont help lol

because i were testing it , it were 11pm and everywhere were shut, A 100a fuse should still blow.
does anyone know if the rockford bd1000.1 does have an internal fuse?

Only if you put over 100a of current through it. If the current needed to blow the amp is under 100a, the 100a fuse would do sweet F.A.
Check there's not an internal fuse, or something. Then check your earth points.
