not being funny or out but most apprentices come straight from school,so how could u have 4 years of experience. if they did have the experince and was over 20 do u think 90 quid a week is accpetable?
im not the sort of guy to start arguments like, so dnt take ur shoe off and hit me with it

Adge does your Dad know how much these courses cost? I looked into doing one and a night course was £400+ so if theyre having to sort this themselves and are only getting £90 per week youre realli gonna finacially strain the person!
Also taking on an apprentice but not sorting out any of the college training protrays a pretty lax attitude as an employer. I do an apprenticeship and if my bosses didnt help me as much as they do with sorting out college, Id have a really hard time.
Just my 2 pence

your supposed to get signed up with a training agent, in wigan adge there is "proco" "wigan metropoliton" there the 2 i know of, and then they pay for course fee;s and exam fee's, then find a job placement, really you should contact them and they'll find you an apprentice, if he gets sacked, they'll find you new one

Yes but if you read what Ian said, FULL TIME courses are free, part time ones however are not. If he's at college all day whens he going to work? Listen to langeys advice I say.
