Just fitted some new bearings and my wheels dont spin round

what could the problem be

are there properly Greesed? ahev they been forced on too tight?

was fairly tight putting the outer bearings in

nut is just tight enough so split pin can go on and handbreak is defo off

think the back brakes are ceased as when i drive it the back locks up easy when i break

u made sure theres correct brake shoe to drum clearance? depress ure brake pedal 20 times w/ handbrake on nd engine off
