ye i know what u mean, tell her 400quid deposit, non refundable, no price negotiation after deposit is made

She still has to get all the money together anyway and said couldnt come up to collect it anytime before then aswell

So u think I should ask her for money just now and say It will be provisionally sold and its non refundable even if she changes her mind
