well which would be better shortened gas shocks and about 60mm springs or AK coilovers

AK coilovers have a very harsh ride but the handiling is good like any other coilovers!
the shocks and springs will be less harsh but still handle gd but not as good as the coilovers!

the shocks and springs will most likely be better due to the way the spring will be progressively wound and the coilover wont be!
