Set of Apex -40mm lowering springs , lowers the front about 40mm, and the rear around 20mm.

Yep tis a pic with the springs fitted though,

as for a price, they cost me £80 from Motorworld last week, fire me an offer I cant refuse

Yeah they seem to sit slightly higher than other -40mm springs, but the back was lower when I had ICE in it.

Reason for sale is im going to drop the car 60mm instead, maybe on a decent set of coilovers

Tony05 - When I had nothing in the boot, it hardly seemed to lower it at all on the rear - one of the things that stands out about Apex springs is that they dont lower like they say they do
