looks good, u wnt be able to tilt your seat back tho 
looks like u have done a good lob, like the panels made around the sides to tidy it up

it didnt cost all that much, just materials as I done all the work myself. i think i got through 3 rolls of carpet (still got some left over) and then a fair amount of mdf, and some timber which I made a frame out of, the main killer was my time as it took quite a while,
