iv bought a stereo for my car, and iv also bought the aerial adaptor and vauxhall iso adaptor for it. iv took the original stereo out, and tried fittin my 1 in but wen i put it in, i get no sound. i know da spekers r workin cos wen i had the old 1 in they workd then.
iv had it lookd at, and they said that the stereo is goin into safe mode.
i dnt wnt 2 spend nemore money on the system, until iv got this in.
has ne1 got any advise on how 2 fix it?

So by safe mode do you mean its asking you to put in a code to unlock it?

Im not sure what it could be to be honest cos if its playing the CDs and functioning correctly then I would say its either a fault in the wiring (but it works with the old stereo so cant see how it could be that) or a fault with the headunit itself.
What make and model is it?

wen i put the old stereo in my old car, it works, and wen i put it in my new 1 it workd until i changed gear, and then it did this.
my dad use to fit the stereos in the cars at vauxhalls and evn he doesnt no. its well annoyin me.

im not sure wot model il fin d out in my break. its only a cheap 1 tho, cos i dnt wnt 2 spend loads if its not goin 2 work

It sounds to me like the iso adaptor is faulty

the iso adaptor only switches the lives around tho doesnt it
