need a little advice about these, just what is the difference between coilovers and Adjustable suspention? Are the koni yellows people Recomend the ones demon Tweeks at about 350 quid? for the set?
And if i was to buy Koni Yellows where would i get the springs to drop 60-70mm all round.

coilsprings.co.uk will get u ur custom springs.
adjustable suspension im assuming u mean coilover, adjustable height
whereas those shocks are only adjustable to bounce/shock rate or whatever its call...tightn and loosen the shocks

koni yellows you adjust the damping rate on the front and rear shock,
top of the range coilovers you adjust the ride height, compression, rebound rates
but for a corsa the best setup on the rear you can get is the koni yellow adjustables unless you turret the rear end and fit coilovers

as you adjust the damping rate, for harder or softer!
Thats the best for the backs, then for the fronts you either go with koni yellows as well, or fk coilovers if you trust them, gaz coilovers the options are endless
