i have got hands on a whole dash and i am thinking of sanding it all down and then going for the bottom half of it in aldren blue and then the top in black but sprayed and then bits like the glove box handle in sliver and the heater nobs in silver as will what do you think or have you any over ideas

I'd do it all arden blue, or arden blue and silver, i think black'll be too harsh.
You idea sounds good, but i think the silver bits will look tacky and it'll be too many colours.

as said by hayley either combo silver bits will look too max power and an unessecary assault on the senses.

stick to 2 colours that work well together
black will help with glare off the top of it!

get a bodyshop to do th painting IMO.

Dont have a light colour on the top, you wont see shit when its sunny!

similar idea on mine - top half is blue bottom half is silver - both custom made colours - same as my respray.
Its been left un laqured - so it looks like its in a matt finish - which means no glare. Iv also had the texture left on the dash - the orange peel - i didnt fancy it smoothed + wld have been more work....

going to give mine a clear coat on top cuz i like the gloss look but i bet its going to blined me when the sun comes out . eyes what do you need them for ne way i am going for the top black but gloss and the bottom part blue to match my car. took me a day and a bit to get the dash smooth, god nos how long its goming to take to panit my self.

if i was u mate i wudnt do it urself,ur better off gettin a bodyshop to do it,ul never get the same effect wiv rattle cans,needs to be done properly imho

going to have a bash at doing it my self if a fuck up i will get it done by a pro havent got the money a the mo to do that so going for the cheap way out
